We who have realised the inner life our child within is a mystery to everyone; no one can fathom the depth of that child, except that it promises sincerity, it emits love, it commands trust, it spreads goodness, and it gives an impression of a perfect child within and the truth. For the adult who has realises the child within every act is his meditation; if we are walking in the street it is our meditation; if we are  working , that is our meditation.
